A Great Day!

Thursday morning's CRP was 1.9 and our Doctor said.....Pack your bags!!! Cross your fingers, knock on wood, we are coming home today. Just waiting for one more exam and lab results, we already peeked, CRP this AM is 1.3. We can't believe it, so excited.

Yesterday was a very busy, fun day.

The real All-Stars!

  1. Ya Freakin Hoo!!! Serious tears here...so happy! Lots of prayers have gone out for you at the Olson house....lots of little voices asking Heavenly Father to help Cassie get better so she can be home for Christmas. So humbling to know He hears us!!!
On another note-LOOK AT YOU JAZZ DANCER! You go girl! Had to take a 2nd look...you look just like em! Love the pics and the news. Let me know if you need me to grab you some milk at Harmons..or a diet coke...or anything! Love you all!

  2. I woke up to your mom's text this morning with the WONDERFUL NEWS that Cassie is coming home! OH HAPPY DAY!! I am thrilled beyond words that Cassie (and all of you) get to be home for Christmas.

Cassie's scars look pretty dramatic but I know in no time you won't even beable to see them. Jim had his surgery just 9 months ago and he had a huge scar and his face was paralyzed and now you can't tell that anything was ever done. So I will be praying for that same miracle for Cassie...but for now, I'm just so happy that she gets to wake up on Christmas morning in her own home with her own family (although having the Jazz "family" come for a visit looks pretty fun). I hope you'll continue to update her blog from time to time so we can watch her progress. Love to all of you and Merry Christmas!!

  7. Woot! Woot! We have been praying all week that she could go home for Christmas. Tyson's response when I told her you got to go home "See I told ya!"

Those are some very impressive battle wounds. We'll keep praying she will keep healing and stay healthy. Merry Christmas!!

  14. Crying here as well. I'm so happy for you all. My brother was seriously injured in a car accident 12 years ago and came home on Christmas Eve, I'll never forget it, neither will your family with sweet Cassie.
