This is our rock star neurosurgeon Dr. Riva-Cambrin. We think the world of him and his team. We know we are blessed to live so close to such an amazing children's hospital, and know that we are in good hands.This hospital is holy ground. We were able to take a break and attend a short church service at the hospital, the spirit was stronger there then words can express. It was good for us to have that experience. One of the speakers said that there are angels assigned to this place.
We certainly agree and feel that- as we know so many precious spirits are close to the other side and also that there are thousands of prayers pouring in here on their behalf. We feel your love. We really do. We have our moments-that's for sure- and that's when we pull from the reserve of your strength and love.
We are still waiting to see more progress, but we have been blessed thus far. She is cranky and in pain and still quite weak- obviously all to be expected. She has bursts of spunk and makes us laugh every now and again. She has watched Finding Nemo like 150 times already. We have really enjoyed seeing and talking with our family via FaceTime. (Now I'm really glad Steve got that crazy phone). Please know how much we appreciate your prayers. Keep them coming!

Steve, this is Kami Clark (Kami Cragun :)) I ran into your dad at the hospital Thursday, my son was there for eye surgery. I'm so sad to hear of your trials. I have a daughter Kassie, she even has the same special Minnie Mouse doll your sweet Cassie is holding in one of your pictures. I have been checking this blog, have offered prayers for your sweet little girl. Know that there are so many people out there you have no idea are praying for your family. (my parents are also praying for you)

I also want you to know that I am grateful for the opportunity to have fastest for your family and Cassie. The spirit that I have felt today and when I started and ended my fast just shows me how much the Lord works for those who are in need. I truly believe he will answer your prayers (among the million others you are getting) i love to see the updates of your sweet sweet girl.
